Another goal of our office is to provide patients with quality
dental care at a reasonable price. We know that you
must plan for dental care just as you would any
other service. We encourage you to openly discuss
with us any questions you have concerning the cost
of treatment. The initial appointment fee will be
explained on the phone when the appointment is made.
As soon as the examination and diagnosis are
completed, a treatment plan will be presented
including an estimate of the total fee. Thereafter,
whatever portion of the treatment cost that is not
covered by insurance will be required at the time
services are rendered. Itemized statements will be
provided for your records. As a courtesy to you we
will bill your insurance carrier. However please
remember that we are not a party in your insurance
agreement and cannot be responsible for the accuracy
of information we may obtain on your behalf
concerning your coverage for the procedures we
perform.
